▋Description :
Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil (HM Hydraulic Oil) is developed from rust-proof, anti-oxidation hydraulic oil base oils. It comes in a series of products, including high-zinc alkaline, low-zinc alkaline, neutral high-zinc, and ashless types. These products are classified into four grades based on the kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 22, 32, 46, and 68.
▋Application :
●Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil is mainly used in hydraulic systems of heavy-load, medium-pressure, and high-pressure gear pumps, vane pumps, and piston pumps, such as YB-D25 vane pump, PF15 piston pump, CBN-E306 gear pump, YB-E80/40 dual pump, etc.
●It is also used in hydraulic systems of medium-pressure and high-pressure engineering machinery, imported equipment, and vehicles, such as CNC machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators, and continuous miners.
●In addition to being suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems of various hydraulic pumps, it can also be used for the lubrication of medium-load industrial gears (excluding worm gears and hypoid gears). The recommended operating temperature range is -10°C to 40°C. This product has good compatibility with nitrile rubber.

●Excellent oxidation stability, hydrolytic stability, and thermal stability to resist the effects of air, moisture, high temperatures, and high pressures, preventing aging and deterioration, thus extending service life.
●Good anti-foaming and air release properties to ensure that foam generated under intense mechanical agitation during operation disappears quickly. It also allows the air mixed with the oil to be released in a short period, ensuring accurate, responsive, and smooth static pressure transmission.
●Good demulsibility to quickly separate water mixed with the oil, preventing the formation of emulsions that could cause rust on the hydraulic system's metal components and reduce performance.
●Good rust prevention to protect metal surfaces from corrosion.
